As President and Los Angeles County Manager, Bill Thomas has been in the Title Industry since 1987. He is currently an active member of the California Land Title Association (CLTA) Forms and Practices Committee. His experience includes residential resale, commercial, and probate/trust work. Bill works with multiple underwriters to thoroughly explore all avenues available to assure the title unit will have timely and accurate closings. His willingness to see things through and to be sure clients needs are met sets him apart from the competition. Whether it's a simple question or a complex Title issue, real estate professionals and their customers can be confident they can rely on Bill's ability to work out the correct solution. Most important to Bill is that he not only meets, but exceeds clients' expectations. Clients would characterize him as dependable, honest and trustworthy.

David Skarman has been with California title Company since the doors opened in Orange County and with the family of companies since 1998. David started in the sales field and has acted as regional sales manager for O.C. offices, and National services director for the default and REO division. David is currently the General Manager and Vice President for California Title. David is known for his energy and work ethics as well as his leadership.

When not working David enjoys his family and ocean activities. David is also very involved in his community.

Lynda is currently Regional County Manager for the Orange and San Diego County offices. She has over thirty years in the Title Industry, the past twenty with California Title Company. Her career in Title began in 1982 at Safeco Title Insurance Company in Riverside, California. Her unique background in both the title operations and accounting give her great insight in running a successful office. Lynda prides herself on both follow-thru and the ability to find solutions in the closing process.
