California Title Company Welcomes Chris Cruz as Title Assistant Serving Orange County and San Diego

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — California Title Company is pleased to announce that Chris Cruz has joined the company as a Title Assistant serving Orange County and San Diego.
With more than 18 years of title insurance experience, Chris brings extensive knowledge of title operations, commercial title support, training, technology, and customer service.

In his new role, Chris will support title operations, coordinate title needs, provide timely communication, and support customers and team members.

Most recently, Chris served as a Senior Title Coordinator with First American Title Insurance Company, supporting national commercial title operations and developing training programs, including the use of AI. He previously held roles with Doma Title Insurance and NexTitle in title technology, vendor operations, training, workflow improvement, and title examination. Earlier in his career, he was named the 2010 Employee of the Year for First American’s NDTS Division and received an Award of Excellence.
Chris’ experience, technology fluency, and dedication to customer service make him a valuable addition to California Title Company’s title team.
