Diana Rafeedie

Hi, I’m Diana “Speedy” Rafeedie — I have been a title insurance professional since 1986 and serve as Senior Vice President of Sales at California Title Company. As a Pasadena-based title insurance representative, I work with real estate agents, brokers, lenders and other real estate professionals throughout Pasadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Monrovia and the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County. With decades of title industry experience, I’m known for "Speedy" responses, efficient problem-solving, and dependable follow-through. I assist with residential and commercial title transactions, including purchases, refinances, complex title issues, and property-tax matters. I also help real estate professionals grow their businesses through geographic farming, real estate marketing, property information, and title resources. I specialize in difficult title and property tax issues and am always willing to help, even if the transaction is not mine. I stay involved from start to finish and work closely with our California Title team to close transactions smoothly for our clients. I’m an active member of the Arcadia Association of REALTORS® and the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I have volunteered with Cancer Support Community Pasadena, the Yes, Virginia Fund, the American Cancer Society and San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity. Pasadena is both the community I grew up in, and the place I have called home most of my life. I live here with my husband, Mike, and we are proud parents of two grown sons. We enjoy traveling, discovering local restaurants and cheering for UCLA, the Rams, Lakers, and Dodgers. I approach every day with an attitude of gratitude. When you need fast answers, local title expertise and experience you can trust, call me, “Speedy.” I’m always ready to help.
